Pros

Easy job, remote work from home, casual wear, freedom to perform work duties, self managed, good for independent workers, a lot of trust given to the employee to complete daily tasks, good co-working environment, strong team mentality.

Cons

Leadership in a particular area of the company is not being addressed as needed, upper management is considerate however, just not being proactive towards a solution at this time, harassment issues from leadership on several accounts, nothing being done to improve the situation, daily stress caused by this routine has made it difficult to continue overcoming and doing the basic functions of the actual position, which is quite easy actually. Not a lot of encouragement. Negative comments from leadership out way positive, again on several accounts. If leadership were to change I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS.

Trust is a core value at Legalfit! We give every member of the team a lot of trust when they work here, and it is part of their job to maintain that trust. By allowing employees to have some freedom and control in their day-to-day tasks, we have seen people wanting to push themselves to the next level and learn new things. However, at Legalfit we do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any type, and we take these claims very seriously. Because of this, we have an open communication policy that states if an employee is having a problem or issue, they can speak with their manager, another manager, HR, a VP, the President, or even the CEO of the company. And, it is encouraged to keep talking to people until your problem is solved. If you have spoken to one or more members of the leadership team listed above, and the issue you are talking about is not fixed, please bring it to our attention immediately. Each issue that is brought forward goes through an investigation process, and the last step of the investigation is to discuss the findings and see if it was resolved. If it is not resolved or is continuing to happen, you need to let HR or the President know as soon as possible. Our goal is to create a work environment that helps people grow and continuously develop new skills. We have high expectations of every person that works on the team, so if something is preventing you from being successful, let us help you!

Pros

I love being able to work from home. A a single mom this job helps me to balance life and work in away that was not possible before. I love the pay and the incredible benefits that this company offers. The fact that I get paid commission gives me power to earn more and not work more. I'm more than confident that I will reach my financial goals with this company as well as personal goals because I have time to focus on them. This is truly a company that values each and every employee and shows it. Bob and Amber are amazing people who care about others and their growth within the company. Being an SDR is very rewarding however this is not an easy job. You truly have to have tough skin and be made for this to say the least. This has nothing to do with the company the truth of the matter is that sales and phone jobs are not for just anybody. The people who I work with are very friendly and creative and I enjoy this as well.

Cons

This is a start up so there are many changes and sometimes management can come on stronger than they need too. I believe that this is because some management don's truly understand what SDRs do. I feel that the company does there best to balance this and make sure everyone's voice is heard. I have no doubt that this company will continue to grow and thrive and I'm proud to be apart of it. If you choice to join legalfit be prepared to grow with us and that will require a commitment even on the rough days.

Pros

Decent benefits I guess, they’re catching up

Cons

Half of the these good reviews were left by current employees in management, don’t trust those. Do not work here. They come off as progressive and caring at first but they will screw you over the second they get a chance. They also will try to shut you up the second they do something illegal.
