      Pros

      The job is easy enough. If you don't mind working outside, aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, and are good with people, it is a good job to have. Minimal staff makes for a more personable work environment, which I consider a plus.

      Cons

      Really the only cons are that it is outside, so you have to deal with the weather. Also, the customers can be difficult on occasion, but not often.

      Easy job and guaranteed hours, good bonus structure

      The managers leave whenever they want, do not lead by example. They do not listen to our opinions.
