      Opportunity to network with well established manufacturers, in a powersports enthusiasts industry.

      Cons

      Poor management throughout, with mass amount of micro-managing. Lack of opportunity for advancement. Low overall employee moral. Minimal salary. Failure to commend employees for overachievement. Overall negative culture.

      Pros

      Hours were great to balance family life. Loved my job. Did my job the way I was taught. Made some good friends.

      Management makes employees harass other employees and then fires employee after employee has had enough harassment.

      Pros

      Some of the people there are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. HR covers up harassment, retaliation and plain out childish behavior done by managers. They violate employee rights. Some employees are able to get away with anything if you brownnose.
