Looking to join LenDenClub? It is the place for you if a toxic work culture, late nights calls and staying in office till 1am, being forced into dancing on item songs on every occasion, changing HR policies because it is more of a household than a company, doing the job of 10 people and not being paid well enough for even one, and losing out to poor performers because they can flatter management better, is your thing. Here at LenDenClub, bullying is your every Saturday, forced to play football and get injuries every Thursday and of course toxic bosses who cannot stand up to the useless HR for your basic rights like a comp off after even putting in 12-16 hour shifts is every other day. You do get growth here, growth in understanding how toxic an environment can be. There is just Den here no Len, literally. It's full of cons. You can't live your life if you join LendenClub. They take control over your life. You can't plan your weekend also because you don't know even you will get a weekend off or not because sometimes they make you work on weekend as well. They will treat you like a slave who owes his life to them. They don't think for the employee. Sometimes they even make you work on bank holidays. I have seen their brutality how they treat. And most imp you don't have a secure job over here. They give any reason just not to pay for the work you did and they will terminate you by giving any reason which is not even legit. I have seen whole team working just for the sake because they have to earn their bread and they are tensed 24x7. In this lockdown I saw that this company put many of the employees on sabbatical or unpaid leave and now they are hiring new. Seriously join at your own risk. There are many more to say but leave.
