      Pros

      Great company with an amazing culture and leadership team. Dave is a great CEO who genuinely cares about the employees and creates an environment where people feel valued and supported. One thing I appreciated most while working at Lendzi was that they truly understand that their biggest asset is their people. The culture is positive, collaborative, and energetic. The company also does a great job with team events and parties, which makes the workplace fun and helps build strong relationships across the team. Overall, I had a really good experience working there and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
