      Ironically, Lenstore fail to see the clear issues within their company.

      Pros

      You’ll be given responsibilities you may not be given elsewhere. Your opinion will sometimes be valued enough to get through changes to the website and the business.

      Cons

      Where to begin?! This chaotic little business only succeeds at turning profit. Employees are undervalued, overworked and at risk from being yet another person to be bitten by one of the office dogs. Trying to convince yourself that you can make the most of a role in this depressing container on a gloomy industrial estate is simply exhausting. Proceed with caution: the bars on the windows aren’t to protect the stock.

      Pros

      The people that are still there (for now) are amazing.

      Cons

      I have never worked anywhere before in which the workforce are all so unhappy. Hard working employees are made my Senior Management (Not a real management team just a brunch of old friends who think they know best) to feel as through they are just a number. The amount of Leavers Lenstore has had just says it all.

      Pros

      If you make friends with the right people, life will be easier. Great IT team. Your probation period will be your best time in the job, so if you only want to stay for 3 months, you should fine

      Cons

      Run by a management gang of bullies with no training whatsoever, there was no hr department for years until recently. Unfair dismissals, no chance of promotion, micromanagement as far as the eye can see. The only culture in the company is that of fear.
