Years ago, management encouraged employees and rewarded hard work. Employees were respected and, in turn, did their absolute best for the company
Cons
Sad what has happened to a once great company. Management is a revolving door, continuing to go from bad to worse. Absolutely no regard for employees. Long term, loyal employees let go on a regular basis with no regard for the knowledge they are losing. Most of the people you work with are great - the people you work for are the problem.
Leslie has a wide variety of product lines, and products that last. Great co-workers. Benefits are very good and salaries are average.
Cons
Morale is at an all time low. No stability in company processes due to management changes every year. Each GM thinks they have the answer and starts to change processes, then realizes changes are not working. Do not solicit input from employees who have been there 20, 25, 30 years and know their stuff.
