      Nice From the Outside Looking In

      Great benefits, daily lunches, generous pay, great new office

      Cons

      Lev is a religious-based company and it is very apparent from your first day. If you are not Jewish or do not have any ties to the CEO then you are going to feel like a second-tier employee. 0 females or people of color on the Executive Team and there is no structure for hiring/firing. The culture has suffered a lot due to the CEO's sporadic decisions and unclear reorg of the company.

      Pros

      Great office space with exciting and motivated people to work alongside you. Free lunch and coffee provided daily.

      Cons

      The company had 3 massive layoffs over the past few months, changing the whole dynamic of the floor. Some days would feel awkwardly quiet walking through certain departments. While other employees chatted secretly of where to go next or who was hiring. Not to mention the lack of accountability from management and mediocre training structure.
