Pros

Young and energetic coworkers in the office. Easy if you want to be there and and talkative to get people to stop and talk in Walmart.

Cons

Poor communication about interview process. Ended up being multiple group interviews over zoom before a third one on one interview. Lack of transparency about the job and pay. Explains to new employees they will attend different events everyday to represent clients. But in reality you go to Walmarts and Kroger's in rotations and stand there for hours selling spectrum. Pay structure was different once getting to orientation compared to how it was explained previously to that. Company says they value 100% honesty. Yet they lack honesty and transparency within the company.

Pros

they have good attitudes kind of.

Cons

Long hours roughly 12 or 13 hour days. They lie on job listings about the job you are just an internet sales man in Walmart. Extremely low pay, i worked maybe 70 hours in a 4 day span and got $90 only cause I made a sale. My other two sales I never got paid for. You have to work saturdays and you get no freedom what so ever. It is a wonder how this organization is allowed to operate.
