      Pros

      Has good number of customers to work with or switch around the projects. Overall compesation model is good but can be great. I worked with Dutch team and especially banking customer.

      Cons

      For me it was about not positioned rightly - I was recruited for GenAI but i was doing something else at customers place. so these kind of mismatches should be spotted early and regular interactions with account teams will help.

      Nice colleagues, people are nice, young and dynamic group.

      Cons

      Lack of management syle, unrealistic expectations given the resources, and lack of support but a lot of pressure to bring in as much money as possible.
