You will never make more than $14 an hour while the 5 managers managing 12 ppl make 150k+ a year!!!
Pros
Laid back, easy entry level work, good place to gain experience, good place to begin if you have never held an office job. The work is not super high performance & you can get away with doing the bare minimum.
Cons
I was top performer in my department (we had our stats shown to us,) & I asked for a 50 CENTS RAISE on my 1 year anniversary & they said no. Oh and they had also switched my position so I was doing 5X the amount of work as when I was top performing account rep. There is absolutely no room for advancement or pay raises (unless you are related to the owners) If you want a laid back job where you can earn a steady (SMALL) paycheck & you don't have to work very hard this is the place for you. PS I am specifically talking about the Sacramento location & I have no complaints for the company itself - thought their corporate HR department was very sweet in handling my complaints & resignation & it was not their fault that the Sacramento branch is the way it is.
