Pros
The product itself is trendy and has a young, modern feel. The company genuinely cares about the quality of what they’re putting out, and that comes through in the product.
Cons
Unfortunately, the positives stop at the product. I didn’t feel welcomed during my time there. As it’s a small company, you’d expect the directors to make an effort, but they don’t. My manager was rude and hid behind emails/messages instead of addressing things properly – a real “keyboard warrior.” There’s little to no management structure, and the culture expects you to work late and eat lunch at your desk. Overall, a disappointing experience.
