You get a pretty decent discount and meet a lot of new people constantly

Severely underpaid they expect you to sell a certain amount of product per day and their customizations but they continuously raise the price depending on the store the demographic doesn't do customizations so you are unable to reach certain quotas so you could get bonuses and in my opinion because the district manager he targets certain stores to make it completely unreachable plus they've taken away the audit bonus so if you do everything you can to keep theft down in your store when it's time for audit you used to get a bonus based on your numbers and sales they just upended away with it without informing any of the managers they will overwork you to death not only at your store but other stores they don't care how far away they have to send you 95% of the work week is single coverage no matter what your goal for that day is you could have a $4,000 day and still be single coverage little to no time to even get in a snack for a bathroom break there are no days off for managers especially constant phone calls texts emails not just from coworkers under you but from district and all the other stores cuz you're taking on responsibilities outside of your pay grade because the district manager can't do it You do not get a yearly raise You could be there two three four or even 8 years and still be making what the new people coming in are getting there is zero loyalty in the company district managers will lie and do anything they can to keep their position or move up while leaving everybody else behind they will constantly lie and say you will be promoted you will be given a raise and nothing
