Horrific

Pros

Mostly good co-workers, benefits like health insurance and dental

Cons

Extremely incompetent CEO and management. Monstrous callers, many whom are chronics and don't really spend money but are allowed to call and talk about any vaguely health related question. We have break time limits, acw limits, etc for call volume but these people are allowed to call and abuse us and waste time. Not sure how that's a smart business decision. I'm at the point where I tell people to not support this company because of how undervalued the employees one the phones and in the warehouse are. No pandemic bonuses or raises, constant sales and high call volume, retention worse than ever. No hope. No mercy. QA is very difficult and demanding as well, good luck making bonus. We dread every single day, this job will make you mentally and physically ill

Pros

They offer top pay for the appropriate skill and experience. There’s not much else outside being offered more than market rate; it’s entrapment.

Cons

Company has selective favor among people that hang together and run in clicks, childish in conflict resolution quickly dismissing people. This also a place that puts senior management in positions of power without the necessary experience to handle top talent. This is especially true in the Marketing Department. The way the onboard people and introduce people into work flows is unprofessional to other stake holders. The company would be toxic to any professional with extensive experience long-term. Take this a word of warning before putting your career in a grinder.

Pros

great co-workers. 401k matches 50% of up to 6% (so max of 3%). yearly bonus of about $3000+. If you are a "favorite" you can do whatever you want - so pucker up!

Cons

- favoritism - quality assurance team is VERY controversial. Rules of quality constantly change. you are under a microscope 24/7 - "workforce" is a manipulative bunch that has the power to change your schedule as they please but tells you they dont if you are not a favorite - if you complain to HR, i guarantee you are fired within 6 months - your boss does nothing all day while you have to ask to use the bathroom like a 1st grader. If you go without asking and you are caught, that is a write up. - you are worked until you mentally crack - you dont get to give REAL health advice, you are to give what LifeExtension views as correct and you MUST suggest and sell supplements (not matter what bull they tell you)
