      Pros

      There were no Pros working here. All discussions, and subsequent promises made by owner of company at time of hire, never materialized. Bob is a joke for being an owner.

      Cons

      Disrespect for individuals, only concerned about his pocket. Never reimbursed for company approved expenses. Customer's feedback on owner was embarrassing.

      Pros

      It used to be a good family orientated place to work. Not anymore.

      Cons

      The company hires and fires at will. They have been sued by former employees because they won't pay them promised commissions. The owner takes lavish vacations while they won't pay the vendors contracted to do the work. It's supposed to be 30 day net but goes way beyond 120 days plus. Do not expect a raise-ever. They are losing top accounts because of the crooked business model they have.
