      Pros

      Very good people working there in lower-level positions. A few good managers as well... but once you hit the corporate level... not so much,

      Cons

      Taken over by DirecTV, who was just bought by AT&T. AT&T has their own home security arm in place, so no need to continue with what Lifeshield brings to the table. The corporate "structure" is strangling any joy that remains.

      Pros

      **No longer affiliated with AT&T/DIRECTV** Career Advancement: Defined career paths and upward advancement is possible. Monthly Performance Incentives: Bonuses paid out monthly based on performance, attendance, etc. (Specific measurables vary by role, but performance factors most). Beta Testing: Ability to test out new equipment/features from time to time. Management: Typically looking for feedback and is easily approachable Attendance Policy: Make sure you are in at your specified time and use callouts sparingly. Much easier policy than in the past. Dress Code: VERY relaxed dress code policy but sometimes business casual is required (notified in advance).

      Cons

      Call Center Environment: Typical call center feel. Not horrible but could use an update aesthetically
