      Super place to work in. Amazing people and some very good products.

      The office isnt the same as Apple, Google or other big tech companies.

      Work with a great team, PMI and other benefits, Feel valued. Bonus scheme, supported by Managers and colleagues

      Cons

      Could do with more people in the office more often, although we are just coming out of covid!

      Lifecycle - Great place to work

      Pros

      Great work-life balance with flexible schedules and a people-first mentality. Very supportive team and management. Everybody is open-minded and helpful and I feel comfortable bringing my whole self to work and seeing that we are making a difference in telecom BSS

      Cons

      Lifecycle has evolved and grown a lot and it's rewarding to see that but the fast pace brings internal changes
