Pros

Lifeway’s still a relatively small company, but they get most things right, and are likely on track to become the dominant player in their space. There’s great potential for growth and upward opportunity for employees. Benefits are solid and the culture’s one of caring.

Cons

Some of technology decisions are questionable. The executive team is relatively new to the space, so they weren’t steering systems and software integrations in the right direction, which makes everyone’s day-to-day extremely taxing.
