Pros

People, innovative attitude, communication, openness, transparency and flexibility.

Cons

It would be great to have additional resources for the supporting departments, instead of overloading smaller teams with multiple functions and responsibilities.

Pros

Since joining Lift Brands over a year ago I have been continuously impressed with the team culture across all global offices. There is a great work life balance which can be rare to find. I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of teams across the globe, and the willingness to help and collaborate always shines through. I feel heard as an employee, I feel driven and motivated by the senior leadership team, and enjoy coming to work in the mornings.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about at Lift Brands.
