      Pros

      There are absolutely no pros to working for this company.

      Cons

      Unethical and dishonest. Favorites are treated very differently from other employees. Be careful. If they don't "like" you and don't feel you fit in to their "cliques" they will find a dishonest way of termination. This occurs from the top down. Worst job experience I've ever had from a very long career.

      Pros

      Employees were somewhat fun and entertaining during the long 'season' days

      Cons

      Owner is smug and only likes to have 'little' women around him. Forgets when he changes procedures and does this every year as there is never a Full clear cut system. Does not train anyone so everyone does things differently and they will single out those who do not have proof of how they were taught. Property managers he hires are paid the least and are also not trained so the work is added to the Admin.
