      You will have full autonomy as far as your daily responsibilities. No one will make sure you are doing any actual real work.

      Cons

      Outdated technology, lack of advertising and marketing budgets, antiquated sales practices and lack of any support from management will make it hard to reach any goals the company sets for you or the ones you set for yourself.
