Pros

Managers are understanding, lots of fun challenges. Small company; your input will be taken seriously. Lots of changes and growth to be had for the company and for team members. Culture is fun and mistakes are accepted as part of the growing process.

Cons

Always a ton going on. If you want to be relaxed at work might not be your place. My work life balance is actually pretty good. Very rarely do I work more than 45 hours a week.

- More genuine about their employees than any other company I have ever worked for - Inspire the highest level of transparency even from the very highest level - Are seriously always looking to have an impact not just on their customers but on their employees lives and they truly mean it - Invest in their employees - Product really is best in market and has a profound impact on the customers lives

Cons

- It is a growing company so growing pains can be felt as growth happens, but that is almost a good thing as well

Pros

Used to have a great group of people with potential to advance your career. Pay in certain positions isn’t horrible. Decent company trips, but those are starting to be limited as well

Cons

Rapidly changing, but not prepared for it. Recent layoffs of 20% of their workforce. Trending downwards since certain executives have been brought on in the past year or so. CEO has lost control and is now passing stress onto both management and employees. Less selling now, so company meetings have become unpleasant. Would recommend avoiding until executive change occurs. Lack of trust from top to bottom. Career advancement potential is near zero now.
