Pros

The dev team is located very central in Downtown Ft Lauderdale. If you are looking for a workday 9 to 5 job, this might be something for you.

Cons

The requirements of the tasks are always in flux. The project owner has problems to express himself or even doesn't m know what what he wants. The owner expects enterprise quality results and doesn't want to pay for required third party services which are fitting to that standard. Doesn't allow to work from home.

Pros

If you are great at convincing people to pay their debts then there is potential money here for you. its a 8 to 5 with possible weekends off

Cons

There arent enough words to describe the negatives about this place. I worked there for almost 2 years. During my two years, I literally watched several employees and even managemnt become disposible. They are very unfair to the customers,. They lie and steal from many customers. The bad part is it's a loan company, so the lying and stealing affects their credit. Then they expected us to lie to the customers..... Like once they ran all the cards and bank accounts of customers who were late or in collections status because of a tecnicality in the wording of the contract ( although what the company did was a breech of the contract) we were forced to tell customers "It was a glitch. you're randomy out of hundreds of dollars, but look on the bright side, your account is current and your credit score will increase in a few months." And if you want to keep your job, then you knew to keep your mouth shut. Managers started sexually messing around. And made it very known by distracting everyone with super inappropriate PDA. This affected their work. The entire company is full of drama. And if you dare say something to management, you better belive your own your own. The managment sucks. And the owners dont appreciate their employees at all. Nothing is ever good enough. They make you sign unnessecary contracts as the days go by. They are constantly changing rules and training sucks. they make you do your job alone after 1 day of training. You're never appreciated as always looked down on....as per the owner " WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO THATS SO SPECIAL. YOUR JOB IS EASY"....please keep in mind the owner has NEVER worked any of the posistions at the company. In my two years ive gotten a .25 cent raise a month after i started and had 0 opportunitues to advance They constanly change the rules to commision so you make less and less as it saces them more money. we were working 12 hours as a salary employee, just to make new commision quota or get ready to be fired When i saw people getting fired back to back over the smallest of things, I did what I could as one of the veterns there to show I was valuable. I was one of many employee's making the company thousandss of dollars. But I made a few hundred less then I did 2 years prior, so i was let go. But not before i used my vacation days they tried to keep from me to find a better job oppprtunity at a law firm! So it worked out in the end.
