      Great culture, lots of potential

      Pros

      Great work environment, lots of talented and creative people there; the senior management "bad apples" people were complaining about before have gone now; remaining senior management is strong and listens. Company has a family-run feel at times.

      Cons

      Morale is a little bruised from the last two years, due to challenging economic pressure and market turbulence.
