      Small Team and Company Some benefits but not a lot Job is stable

      Lower Pay compared to other companys Small Team, I know I said this above but it also a disadvantage Engineering Manager is also CEO and everything manager

      Great people&leadership. Rapidly growing company and there’s more chance of advancement. You can learn alot and take multiple hats on if you want. CEO is super smart and encouraging.
