First, it’s great to hear that you like our product and feel the tech team is smart and capable—those are valuable elements and I imagine a big part of what’s keeping you engaged. But your concerns seem directly related to support, openness and respect—some of Linqia’s core values--and we take them seriously. We are proud to be building a successful company with a foundation that we hope is based on the collaboration of people who enjoy coming to work each day to do awesome, impactful things. As a fairly new employee who is responsible for hiring and other people-related issues, I am really concerned to hear that these values aren't being felt by everyone on the team. Your feedback is a top priority for me and our founders and I will work each day to break through the barriers you outlined with the goal that everyone at Linqia feels heard, respected and appreciated.
