      Lion has high standards, which can be demanding, but this is essential for growth, and I appreciated the no-stagnation mindset. You’re constantly challenged to push your limits, which makes for a highly rewarding environment.

      Dynamic Work Culture

      Pros

      LION has a very dynamic working culture, which means employees can offer suggestions and have them listened to. The management team are down to earth and willing to consider all input which is great. Team members are granted autonomy to achieve results and remote working conditions allow for more time on the tools and less time in busy commutes.

      Cons

      There are high standards but that is a good thing if you are a high-performer looking for a role to sink your teeth into.
