Pros

Plenty of work and projects. Solid company with good reputation. The architects are truly nice people and great to work with.

Cons

Wasn't stood up for when a coworker, one who had only joined the office a few months prior, bullied me. Was berated and yelled at in the office in front of peers. Worst job experience to date and extremely stressful.

Cons

top heavy. Senior leadership makes the appearance of being busy at the expense of being inefficient. Lionakis has the goal to become the number one design firm in CA by 2027 (shooting for top 100 in CA would be a lofty goal).

Very nice people in the office, believe in the industry and services

Cons

Too much talk about training but not really offered, horrible management, can't make a decision, Sacramento runs everything, low salary, technology doesn't work half the time
