HR : completely unprofessional, bullies and behaves inappropriately in the workplace
Management Board: constantly in the middle of some kind of political struggle, which means nothing gets done and nothing changes
Two-tier treatment: Support Services or anyone who is not directly engaged with clients is treated very poorly - salaries are low and you are treated differently to any "fee-earners"
Constant promotions: this is exclusive to the agents/fee-earners. They will promote internally all the time just when agents are about to quit. They WILL NOT promote within Support Services.
Poor internal culture: lots of internal politics and bullying going on. This is proven by the high employee turnover rate.
