Pros

Some really friendly staff Free lunch on a Friday Close to tube station

Cons

Long hours without recognition, or understanding that people cannot sit in an office from 9.30 - 6.00 five days a week and be focused and enjoy their work. This is particularly cutting when management can do half days and/or 'work from home'. Staff lacking in knowledge of what is going on in other departments, this shouldn't be as there are not that many employees or departments. Little understanding of how a business is run. Need to pull its socks up to modernise. Not one staff member seemed happy to be working there!

Pros

The gallery has a great artist roster and good exhibitions

Cons

A toxic work culture - you will notice that the sales assistants keep changing every year (and this is not because they are promoted)
