Please do not believe the positive fake reviews. Working at Lithan is much worse. Everday, you are bombarded with more and more work to do which can be accomplished except that you are given a short period of time to complete them. It is a good place for you if you have no life. Culture at Lithan is bad. Strong blaming culture and pushing of work. The Head of Department is only good at taking credits for your hard-earned work in order to make themselves look better in front of Higher Management and at the same time throws you under the bus in order to protect themselves. People come and go easily at Lithan but management does not care if people feel that they are not valued because everyone is replaceable.
