Pros
You get paid weekly, either by direct deposit or with a paper check. Health insurance and dental insurance are very affordable since January 2015. They also offer 401K, paid vacation and sick days.
Cons
Communication is lacking between corporate level and store level. They're quick to employ new technology without fully understanding how to use it, causing difficulty and confusion at the store level. Management concerns are often ignored and swept under the rug.
