      Pros

      I have been at Littlepay almost a year and in my 30 years of working, they are by far, the most passionate organisation who really cares about their employees and the culture within. Opportunities and development is actively encouraged whilst being very understanding and flexible with working patterns. Littlepay are at the forefront of innovation and always open to ideas on how to progress.

      Company has grown very quickly, so sometimes difficult to keep processes and workload completely up to date

      I've had a fantastic experience working at Littlepay. The company culture is supportive, innovative, and focused on delivering exceptional products. The team is incredibly talented and passionate about what they do. I've had the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects, and I'm constantly learning and growing. The work-life balance is excellent, and the company truly values its employees. I highly recommend Littlepay as a great place to work.

      There is always so much on and so little time that sometimes it can be easy for the work/life balance to tip in the wrong direction

      There are multiple exciting new business wins which might convert and make a positive impact on the business They used to hire quality talent, some of it is still there Everyone is hardworking, knowledgeable and product-driven It's a small team, you either fit (in or not)

      Lack of structure and accountability across the organisation Poor work/life balance, benefits and morale Start-up mentality prevails
