Livepeer has hands down the nicest team I’ve ever worked with. Everyone is thoughtful, generous with their time, and genuinely cares about one another. It's refreshing to be in an environment where collaboration isn’t a buzzword, it’s just how we do work eveyday. I also really appreciate the flexibility that comes with remote working. There’s a lot of trust, and people are empowered to work in ways that suit their lives and time zones, as long as they deliver. Another standout for me is the lack of hierarchy in how we work. Ideas are welcomed from everyone, regardless of title or function, and there’s no micromanagement or top-down culture. It creates a real sense of ownership and creativity.
