Pros

Progressive thinking management, entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy to manage your business as long as you are within the guidelines of the high standards of the company. It feels good to work at Lojack because we are really doing good by working closely with law enforcement. If you love the automotive business and hate retail hours this is the place to be.....

Cons

Honestly dont have any complaints

Pros

-Hours were good -Free coffee -Onsite cafeteria

Cons

-There are 3 groups in LoJack. The people in the inner circle, the people on the outside, and the people who are somewhere in between. The people in the inner circle enjoy benefits such as job security and frequent title changes. -Closing lots offices and also laying off employees. This happens often and unexpectedly. No one is safe, it's all about saving money. -The call center office in california was closed a few years ago and many jobs were lost. However, this company generously offered employees from california to keep their job if they relocate to massachusetts. Which is ridiculous, because who would move half way across the country for $14 an hour? -Certain people and certain groups have set ways of doing things. They aren't willing to change or want to change. -Raises and bonuses, not consistent. All depends on company's financial performance.

Pros

There are no more pros. The benefits use to keep me here, not so much now.

Cons

No way to move up, LoJack becomes your life, 24/7 if you are in management. Bad financial decisions were taken out on employees. In the past 3-4 years this is what has been taken away; First benefits, 401K match reduces, then no match at all. Hourly workers bonuses were taken away, then the 40 hour guarantee, now it's 35. And then finally, the last straw, salaried employees were given a 12 .5 % pay cut! And this all after 4 years of no raises at all. Only a select few got raises during the last few years, and that was to bring then closer to cost of living! Management states the pay cut is for a minimum of 4 months. Even if things get better, do you really think after four months we will get our 12.5 % back.......not even. For years it's been "just hang on, thing will get better". Yea right. I got sick of the promises. Here's the kicker, after all the pay cuts, the stock drops and upper managers, board members etc buy up the stock and the stock goes up. Hmm, who's making all the money here. They're taking from the mouths of the hard working employees. Don't even think of going to work here, they;ll screw you too.
