Pros
The leadership team in the office is thoughtful, hard working, and has a coaching mentality. The time and effort put in to make everyone at all levels of the organization feel welcome and appreciated is incredible. I have never worked for a more empathetic and engaged leadership team in office.
Cons
It’s a growing company, the systems are maturing and it’s a bit disconnected from product and engineering. You can see this quickly changing for the better.
