Pros
I have worked at Local Concept for over two years, and have worked in other countries before. I like the team work and collaboration between of the offices and the way the company cares about the employees. Customer service and quality are also very important. As a small business, you have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and see all sides of the business.
Cons
Communications could be improved. Managing the different time zones can be a challenge (but can also be an advantage).
