      Pros

      Company and leadership are amazing and care about their employees. The culture is friendly and fun. The work is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits could be better, but it’s not bad for a growing company and the pros outweigh the cons in this case.

      Pros

      LocalVR is an amazing place to work. I've grown so much since I started working here and my mentors have really encouraged and supported my growth. LocalVR truly cares about its employees and is run by a lot of genuinely good people.

      Cons

      This is a start up so not everything is as organized and streamlined as it would be at a corporate company.

      Pros

      Smaller company so there's plenty of room for growth. Everyone shares ideas on how to improve.

      Cons

      Can be stressful during peak season but only if you let it get to you. Work can be unpredictable sometimes so you have to be able to roll with the punches.
