District manager and assistant district managers aren’t always on the same page. They don’t prioritize hiring assistant managers to help facility managers

This was a great company to work for once upon a time, however, that changed. Certain promoted individuals should not have been, treated their underlings poorly by acting like petty dictators. In defense of the company, they did promote some people who outright stole from them, so their reaction is somewhat understandable. However, treating everyone poorly is not a good practice. If you want to work for them, watch your back, there are individuals who will stab you in the back or step on you just for a promotion.
