Pros

Incredible teamwork and a rare working environment where there is a collective desire to achieve success and results whilst working as one unified team. Locusview is driving an incredible roadmap in digital construction management for a global audience. To do this there is a heavy investment in the people, product, marketing and processes to make the company a global big hitter. This will bring a high level of growth and career opportunities to anyone joining the business. These are exciting times that can deliver the right personal rewards for anyone joining.

Cons

Over the last year the company has stepped up and rebuilt many of its processes and teams to ensure a platform for future success. This is still bedding in, but it offers a great opportunity for people to join with new ideas to help shift the paradigm forwards. This is not a company to hide in, but the flip side is you’re encouraged to get involved as much as possible.

Pros

Great office and those below Senior Management are wonderful to work with.

Cons

As a current employee, I feel compelled to share my experiences working for Locusview. Please take my review as a sincere cautionary tale for potential applicants. One of the most striking issues at Locusview is the alarming incompetence within the management team. Their lack of vision, poor decision-making, and inability to steer the company in the right direction have led to a series of layoffs over the past couple of years. It’s disheartening to witness talented colleagues being let go due to the failures of those at the helm. The imbalance within the organizational structure is baffling. Rather than focusing on essential revenue-generating departments, it’s perplexing to see the HR/Corp Strategy organization larger than the sales team. This skewed priority reflects the mismanagement and misalignment of priorities. The disproportion highlights the flawed strategic direction of the company, emphasizing internal processes over actual business development. Morale among employees has plummeted due to the constant uncertainty resulting from these ongoing layoffs. The toxic work environment created by the mismanagement has fostered a culture of fear and distrust. Employees are constantly on edge, fearing for their job security, which significantly impacts productivity and overall well-being. Furthermore, the lack of transparency from the management exacerbates the situation. There's a glaring absence of clear communication regarding the company’s future plans or attempts to address the concerns of the remaining workforce. This lack of transparency only adds to the pervasive atmosphere of uncertainty and demotivation. The blatant disregard for employee welfare and the myopic focus on internal structures rather than revenue generation make Locusview an unappealing workplace. I strongly advise potential applicants to think twice before joining an organization with such blatant issues in leadership and organizational structure. In conclusion, the continuous layoffs, incompetent management, and disproportionate emphasis on internal departments over essential revenue-generating roles paint a grim picture of the work environment at Locusview. It’s essential for the company to prioritize its people and redirect its focus towards a more sustainable and employee-centric approach to regain trust and credibility.

Pros

- great coworkers (excluding management level) - remote work

Cons

As a current employee I feel compelled to document the downhill decline of this company. Most of my friends here have been laid off and we’ve been given no actual reason as to why. It’s clear they want to consolidate all of the power and decision making to the Israel office. The US is only important to them for the sales aspect of things. - massively bloated HR department based in Israel that calls the shots. US HR isn’t involved in any decision making processes. - Israel calls the shots, US is just along for the ride - layoffs every six months have left everyone on edge wondering when their turn will be - increasingly reliant on outsourcing for every position they can in the name of “being profitable” but the massive US office space they paid for remains 99% empty - loyalty doesn’t seem to mean anything, they’ve laid off many of the people who I started here with and given no reason for why they were let go - it’s very clear that those in the Israel office don’t like working with anyone in the US, we're seen more like pests than coworkers - we had a great HR guy who ended up leaving because it’s too troublesome to play politics with the CHRO. The second HR girl quit after a month, that should tell you everything you need to know - can’t trust anything management says
