Management team clearly has it's preference people, even with less results than other people. They also mad a lot of poor decisions on hiring more people than they should, and that took to a lot of layoffs. The company is not trustful for someone that wants stability.

The company is a caricature of the whole startup culture depicted accurately in WeCrashed. There was too much money available, the company is bloated and chaotic. No real innovation brought to the market - just consolidation on top of ridiculous marketing budgets. The matricial organization is chaotic, and some business functions are not executed simply because no one knows who is responsible for what.
