      Nothing to be honest. It’s been horrendous

      Top management. Decision making really poor. Jumping frequently between projects and most of them are failures.

      Work pressure is manageable Freehand given for any improvement to be made to system

      Cons

      No transportation facilities, No fixed salary revision cycle, Manufacturing plant is pathetic in terms of rules and management, Management is under a few inexperienced people, HR policies of unlimited leave and saturday leaves are just a namesake

      A perfect worklife balance Life has been really enjoyable and relaxing Its a great learning experience with a good leadership team Always thank full to People team for the smooth onboarding

      Cons

      I don't think i can find any but there is little space constraints to sit, getting crowded with new members joining. ( I guess we will be moving to new facility shortly)
