      Pathetic work(just support work) in Software Department and moderate for FPGA Dep.

      NONE as of now, but It used to be a good company till 2019.

      Cons

      1. this is basically a FPGA domain company. Software Engineers are just puppets for FPGA guys to accomplish their projects. FPGA guys are good because they only work on their existing technology. so just bug fixing and little improvisation kind of things are there to be done. 2. almost all good technical software persons have already left company. 3. very bad behavior towards Software Guys from FPGA side. 4. FPGA Guys take months and months to do their work and expect software guys to do their work in 1 hour. otherwise complain will go to project mangers. 5. Existing software senior persons afraid of working latest technology and push their work towards junior persons. they only want to work on their existing expertise. but they have forgotten that Software is the fastest Technical domain. 6. Terrible salary breakup(too much difference between inhand and CTC.) . 7. Increment will motivate you to switch job ASAP. 8. there is no future for software employees. they can be thrown out after use. 9. very less promotion in Software department. Very Few project managers from software side.

      1. Company has few clowns who keep entertaining the employees regularly with their unrealistic project ideas. 2.Salary can be credited any day of the month. If it is getting delayed by few months you need not get surprised as you will be having no other option than to wait for your arrears to get credited. 3. Increments motivate you to switch your job every year. 4. Top level management know easy ways of making money by taking advantage of notice period and bond. 5.The line you will get to hear from every manager is that their employees are of no use to the company. But you will never get to listen such lines about any manager from their super bosses. 6.Every day you can enjoy the blame game played by these so called IIT grads. 7. Discrimination on the basis of colleges studied is very normal so you will be treated like a liability to the company,even if you have amazing technical skills.

      1. Few bright employees have been lured of fancy show off of the company. 2.Employees realize their fate only after spending considerable time here. 3. While most of the great leaders have already left the company, few are still waiting to die serving this company.

      1. Office location is nice. 2. Technical and Non-technical teams are supportive. 3. Flexible shift timings.

      Cons

      1. Dirty politics start from highest level of hierarchy. 2. MD of company is immature and is always unprofessional with the employees. 3. There are only a handful of employees still working with the company. There are hardly 80-90 employees working. 4. Have no good projects as clients have stopped funding due to politics, delayed delivery and mismanagement. 5. The company is functioning without a technology expert as the CTO has already left. 6. Notice period has been revised to 3 months without any consent from employees.
