      - If you drink the Kool-Aid, and stick around forever, you will likely be well compensated. - Can be a good work/life balance since Mimi wants everything done her way, and much of the work is rote repetition

      Cons

      - Mimi is presented as a thought leader but a lot of what she said was gibberish - Longtime employees said they had issues with clients running out of budget to actually implement their ideas - Below market compensation - Toxic workplace

      -Very friendly individuals -Compassionate CEO: she is very understanding of personal commitments and cares about the people who work for -Generous compensation -Great work-life balance -Fully remote workplace -Can learn a lot about personal brand-building and PR from the CEO

      -Overpromise and under deliver to the client, consistently -Outside of the CEO, there is no one with clear direction. Nothing moves without her explicit direction -10 years behind on technology and capabilities -Extremely high turnover -Design intranets, but act as though it's revolutionary
