Pros

If you need experience, or income it's a job to consider. You work from a home office, almost all the corporate staff is friendly. in most cases the t-shirts turn out great and a fun way to help businesses within the community and provide them with a give away item to their staff, customers & potential customers.

Cons

I couldn't stand the direct management. It came across unprofessional and if you don't do everything exactly like you are told I saw rolling of eyes or an attitude. You can't discuss anything (concerns, etc) because they will tell corporate everything you talk about. If you come in as an experienced sales professional they will act like you don't know anything. It can come across as very immature! I would NOT take this job if you are a seasoned sales professional...there a ton of better opportunities out there that are more professional. This is a strictly COLD calling door to door job (you rarely set any appointments) It just wasn't my style. I would recommend this position as entry level only. Even if you are a strong producer you will have to fax in everyday where you stopped & who you spoke with. I think that is fine if you have someone in training or a non-producer, but you have a more experienced/producer employee trust them to do the job and not require this..it feels like micromanagement. A lot of wear/tear on your vehicle. I hated this job...the worse on my resume and I cringe when I think about it. It taught me to ask about the sales cycle within an interview because I now saw there were different types of sales approaches. It's very high pressured to the business due to a one call close. They want to finish a town within 5-7 days to move on. This job simply ended up as providing income to my family only when needed, for which I am thankful. It's not a position for long term advancement or growth within your career.

Pros

None. Company based on false premise portrayed to prospective customers and misleading sales practices. 100% Scam. Anyone considering working for this company should run for the hills.

Cons

Where to begin....First of all, there is no community t-shirt based around a specific town event that is endorsed by Chamber or Town Hall. Basically, small business owners are duped into buying hideous t-shirts at astronomical price point under the false belief that thousands will be printed with logos of their business & other select businesses in the town and furthermore distributed at aforementioned nonexistent town event. In reality, 200 shirts printed and distributed only to the unfortunate hard working people who fell for the fraudulent sales pitch.

Pros

They teach you how to do entry level outside sales. Team managers were nice. Luckily, my time at this job offered me the experience for a much better career.

Cons

I became concerned when one of the other employees told me that the company paid them a hefty bonus for leaving good reviews on GlassDoor. I knew then that I had been deceived. Wear and tear on the car. No communication between trainers and management. Misleading about quota requirements.
