      Flexible working times, work from home is allowed at least done your works within deadline, more annual leave, colleagues are friendly and willing to share knowledges, trusted to handle own works with minimal supervision

      Cons

      Lower pay compare to others, OT is often required with no OT pay, higher workloads, fast paced environment, little work life balance
