Would have rated much higher - but the I witness during my tenure with the organisation. This is more a note on the state of the EU arm of the business. Over many years, changes are understandable - but the number of cases of work place harassment, bullying, unfair practices, nepotism and discrimination are all swept under the carpet by the company's willingness to pay off those affected be the behaviours that are allowed to develop and fester. Many cases simply don't reported, as those affects tend to be so spent that they take payments to leave quietly. NDA's forced upon those who they know cannot afford to take matters to tribunal. The business has a habit of wearing down the employee with limited real progress or follow ups with appraisals in mind. Only now are negative reports coming out, based on this being seen as an obvious industry pattern. Nonetheless - this company is not blameless and they need to seriously look at the structure of the business with a view to reversing a trend in producing fewer quality projects year to year.
