Pros

Great people to work with, great environment for positive attitudes. Decently set schedule and you're out early on Friday with no weekend work.

Cons

There is no benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, etc. There are very few perks unless you've reach some sort of management status and the owner see you as valuable. No overtime available, and salary gets short lunch.

Pros

Four day work weeks Very easy work for the most part

Cons

No future and no upward advancement Unless you work in the office, you have very little worth as an employee Must have a tough skin; disrespect is the norm in this environment Pay scale is not too much higher than minimum wage. And if you are looking for a raise for hard work, forget it. You may or may not receive a yearend bonus but it is nothing to get excited about.
