Great place to work! My boss was amazing and I would recommend people working there.

Long hours! If you want to make good money you must work alot of hours

Hard work and long hours but pays off. Team oriented environment.

Pros

Compensation can be extremely high for the field, over 70k a year is not a hard feat.

Cons

Compensation can be horrible if you do not put your all into it. Work life balance is difficult if you want to be a top producer.
