Pros

I was able to work from home.

Cons

Terrible training, lowest base salary in the market (you won't be able to rent an apartment), inexperienced management who don't have a clue how to manage and are not committed to your success, a Processing Team that sucks (with the exception of a few) and expects the LO's to do everything. Most of them won't even call the client for documents, they ask the LO to do it.. Seriously? I left a job making $65K salary to go to Longbridge - what a mistake. I was promised to make $60K first year, $80K+ each year after. My first year I made $34K. But if you become one of the favored kids you'll be given all the best leads and trained properly. How is it that in 1 month one LO does 10-15 quotes and others have 30-40? You would think that management would want to delve into that and figure out how to get everyone up to speed. That's what sharp, astute, non-lazy managers do. It was same ole same...favorites and brown-nosing. Oh yeah, very little diversity among LO's...hmmmm.

Pros

Remote, benefits, employees ( some of them )

Cons

Employers mislead you, for what you do the salary is a joke, employers will set you up so be careful. They claim how there is all this potential to move up, there's not. The people who move up are family of all the higher ups, friends etc it's all one big joke. Everyone else it's one big revolving door of employees coming and going.

Pros

The pay is high for the amount of effort I put into the daily job responsibilities.

Cons

Everything else but the pay. This is a new company that is trying to grow. They have challenges with everything from payroll to management. If you speak to your fellow peers, everyone tends to feel the same and is only here for the big paycheck.
